Foundation is an educational service developed by Neil Baker, a primary and high school teacher with over 25 years of experience. 

Throughout his teaching career, Neil has learned that students of all ages respond more readily, and attain more success, when they are fully engaged with the subject matter. To this end, Neil has always made his lessons stimulating, dynamic and personal.

Neil has accumulated many different qualifications including art and design diplomas, associate degrees in film, television and traditional animation, and an honours degree in education. He is also a published author and award-winning filmmaker, and he brings all of these skills to his lessons, often using art to reinforce a literary concept, or applying storytelling to enhance a creative piece.
